But when you are bullying someone one the web(cyber bullying), you don't know him/her. Cyber bullying can hurt someone's feeling really badly. 2. What steps can someone take if they are a victim of cyber bullying and/or see it happening to someone else?
If someone is a victim of cyber bullying, they should talk to someone they know and trust about it. 3. Why do you think the amount of cyber bullying incidents are on the rise? I think incidents on cyber bullying are at a rise because everyone now have electronic that can help them go online easily with them. The amount of people using the internet has increased be a large amount as technology become better.

The bully doesn't have to personally know the victim of the event in order to bully the victim. Where as schoolyard bullying needs the bully to actually see and know the victim. 2. What steps can someone take if they are a victim of cyber bullying and/or see it happening to someone else? If a person got cyber bullied, it is best to first try to stop any conversations between that person and you. Then the victim should try to block all messages incoming from that person's account. The last step to take is to inform any trusted adult about this event; that adult can be your parent, teacher, coach, counselor, etc. 3.
